When I first met her, I told her that I was in no rush to buy a place and was prepared to wait until I saw what I really wanted. Jessica patiently looked at many properties with me. As I do not live in the Chicago area, she would often look at places for me. I fully trusted her opinions. Jessica is amazing! I matched with Jessica on Zillow and was only casually looking at places at the start. Jessica walked me through the entire home buying process and helped me solidify my home buying plan and criteria. She also immediately understood what I was looking for and curated homes for me to look at, which saved me a lot of time. When it came to the closing process, Jessica was amazing. She helped me understand the multiple steps involved and was really efficient with the negotiation, with the clever use of an escalation clause. I have heard some friends complain about their brokers stepping back through closing, but Jessica was really communicative and touched base with me multiple times, to finalize the inspection, attorney review etc. Even post closing, she reaches out and helped me find a handyman and a bunch of other services I needed. I met Eddie at a coffee shop in Oviedo, it just started out as a casual conversation. It was right after hurricane Ian and we had lost internet due to the storm, this is why I was out and about. I was sitting next to Eddie outside working and we just got to talking casually about the storm, losing power and how bad off some folks were from the storm. I wasn't quite in the market to sell because I needed to get a roof fixed on the rental I was going to sell. After talking with Eddie I realized I could start the sales process while going through the insurance claim and fix, Eddie was so nice and knowledgeable I decided to put the house on the market with Core Real Estate group with Eddie as my agent. It took a little longer to sell than I had wanted because the market was cooling off, but Eddie was there with us the entire way and helped with ideas on how to make some modest improvement to the property and boost traffic to the home. Eddie went above and beyond helping us find our new home. We were on a strict 45-day time line, purchasing the home with a VA loan, which meant time was of the essence. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. The house sold above asking and one day. He was professional and caring making sure that I was comfortable with every part of the process.
